Abdullah Eren, President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), made statement on their activities regarding 16th ASTEC Turkish Book and Culture Fair, namely, the largest Turkish book fair in Germany. Stressing that a great many work has been carried out at the fair, which aims at strengthening the cultural ties of the young people and children abroad and improving their proficiency in Turkish, President Eren said, “The services that we have provided for our citizens living abroad lies in the heart of our institutions. We will become more visible in the field in the upcoming process. The importance we attached to the fair is a sign of this.”

As a part of the 19th ASTEC Turkish Book and Culture Fair, which is the largest Turkish book fair in Germany, Our Presidency met with our citizens abroad and carried out various cultural activities. Our Presidency brought our citizens together with popular series, movies, and animated characters and performed activities for the development of the young people and children.

Furthermore, President Eren highlighted that especially young people and children could strengthen their cultural ties and improve their proficiency in Turkish thanks to those activities.
