President for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) Abdullah Eren stated that “In Turkey, one cannot come across detailed researches on approximately 20 million people of Turkish descent in Iran. In particular, through the presence of organizations such as Center for Iranian Studies and our support, now an academic literature is in formation.”

During his opening speech in the launching event of the book titled “History of Iranian Thought” organized at Center for Iranian Studies (İRAM), Eren said that since the day it was founded, YTB is attempting to unearth cultural inventories and academic works. Stating that the book presently being promoted is an example, Eren noted that Iran-Turkey relations is nourished by “Geography of Hearts” and that they will continue their support to develop a literature on the subject. Eren underlined that the concept, “Geography of Hearts” is an important power parameter and that this parameter is reflected in the activities of YTB.
