"Fast-breaking Dinners of Geography of Hearts" Hosted 23 Countries
The Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and Ankara Social Sciences University hosted people from dozens of countries during the month of Ramadan as a part of “Fast-breaking Dinners of Geography of Hearts” initiated for international students studying in Ankara. Throughout the program, international students receiving their education thousands of kilometers away from their hometowns lived the spirit of Ramadan.
Students from all over the world gathered at the same table thanks to " Fast-breaking Dinners (Iftar) of Geography of Hearts” organized in cooperation with the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and Ankara Social Sciences University. International students spend the month of Ramadan within the spirit of unity and togetherness thousands of kilometers away from their home countries. They also had the opportunity to introduce their own countries through the program. The program devoted a day for 23 different countries ' cultures during 23 days, offering regional dishes from the relevant country to students.
During the “Fast-breaking Dinners of Geography of Hearts” program, international students who volunteered for the event were also given a certificate of appreciation. Moreover, attendance certificates were presented to students who were successful in the training programs organized at YTB Hamamönü office.
