As part of the "Turkish Communication Program for Public Officials and Academic Staff" (KATIP) conducted by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), public officials, researchers and academics from various countries, who were entitled to receive Turkish language scholarship, visited the historical and cultural sites of Istanbul.
