JOURNALISTS AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS MEET AT PRESIDENCY FOR TURKS ABROAD AND RELATED COMMUNITIES
The Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) brought together actively-working journalists and international students, who study at Faculties of Communication in Turkey as a part of Turkiye scholarships program, on the occasion of January 10 Working Journalists' Day.
As a part of January 10 Working Journalists' Day, our Presidency gathered journalists from various media organizations and 10 international students who have been studying for undergraduate, post-graduate and Phd degrees at Faculties of Communication in our country. Attending the event, Abdullah Eren, President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), congratulated the media members for the Working Journalists' Day and presented some gifts to them.
As part of the event organized by our Presidency, President Eren and media members met with international scholarship holders from Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Bangladesh, Palestine, Indonesia, Kenya, Turkmenistan and Syria, who have been studying with the help of Turkiye scholarship program. The international students shared their experiences related with Turkey, as well as their expectations and the problems they face with President Eren and media members.
