Noting that they believed Turkey’s relationships with the Turkic sphere, and especially with Azerbaijan, will play a central role in its foreign policy in the 21^st century, the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) President Abdullah Eren said “We are working towards increasing our efforts.
