The program saw the attendance of Turkey's Envoy to Tirana, Murat Ahmet Yörük, as well as members of Parliament, local government representatives and representatives of the YTB and Albanian students who graduated from schools in Turkey.

In his speech in the program, Envoy Yörük pointed out that a lot of variety and important improvement have been achieved in Turkish graduate schools' quality and their educational disciplines in the last 15 years. Calling Albanian citizens who graduated from Turkish universities to become a member of TÜMED, Yörük added: "Since my arrival to Albania, I have observed that universities in Turkey have made the right decision by opening their doors to many Albanian brothers. I am pleased to see that our Albanian brothers and sisters graduated from Turkish universities have also raised very precious students who are currently with us or not. These alumni are currently carrying out significant duties at the higher levels in Albania's state administration, in the politics of Albania, in the local governments of Albania, in the art world of Albania, in the academic world of Albania and in the business world."

Extending respects of YTB President Abdullah Eren, YTB expert Emrullah Bülbül stated that they received 145 thousand applications from 160 countries within the scope of Turkish scholarships in 2019. In relation to the issue, TÜMED President Egert Haxhiu said: "Ramadan is a blessed month, which encourages sharing, unity and togetherness. We wish to meet with our Turkish alumni friends with the support of our embassy and YTB. With the hope that this unity and togetherness will be brought to the future, I would like to congratulate your Ramadan and wish that your prayers reach to Allah."
